For over 40 years, Eatonton Veterinary Services has proudly cared for the pets of Georgia’s Lake Country.

Our mission is rooted in a deep commitment to providing modern, high-quality veterinary care that remains affordable and grounded in compassion, dignity, and honesty. We honor the special bond between pets and their people, treating every patient as part of our extended family. From wagging tails to purring companions, we strive to keep your pets healthy, happy, and deeply valued—both in your home and in ours.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Sammy McFaddin, D.V.M.

Dr. Sammy opened our doors on August 8, 1980, and has spent over 40 years devoted to the health and happiness of pets in our community. His compassion, expertise, and dedication have shaped the heart of our clinic.

Though now semi-retired, Dr. Sammy still stops by from time to time—offering guidance, sharing stories, and reminding us all why we do what we do.

Outside the clinic, he’s found a new adventure: traveling the country as a respected referee for national shooting tournaments. It’s just another example of his passion, precision, and lifelong drive to serve with integrity.
