Meet Our Team

Dr. Esther L. Williams-Sills, DVM

Dr. Esther has proudly called Putnam County home for over 20 years, after growing up in the Midwest. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville and went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2013.

Throughout her career, Dr. Esther has gained valuable experience working in multiple veterinary practices across middle Georgia, treating both large and small animals. She now lives and works in Eatonton with her husband, their two beautiful children, a Great Dane named Webster, and a rescue Schnoodle named Fletcher.

Her professional interests include internal medicine, ultrasound, and overall wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling—especially to Scotland—reading, and exploring the Southeast.

Lena J. Allred

Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant

Lena joined Eatonton Veterinary Services in 2023, bringing valuable experience in club membership coordination and office management. A lifelong cat enthusiast, Lena has recently expanded her love for animals to include Buffy, the English Cocker Spaniel she shares with her son. Known for her warm personality and organizational skills, Lena helps keep our front office running smoothly. You might also spot Buffy—our friendly backyard greeter—welcoming guests with a wagging tail!

Shannon Gasaway

Veterinary Assistant

Shannon joined Eatonton Veterinary Services in 2025, bringing valuable experience from her previous role as a surgical assistant at a local vet. She is happily married and a proud pet parent to two dogs, Mama and Graycn. With a passion for compassionate care, Shannon is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every patient and client, ensuring that each pet receives the highest standard of care during their visit.

Megan Cason

Veterinary Assistant

Megan became part of the Eatonton Veterinary Services team in 2024, bringing with her a lifelong love for animals. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for both pets and their families, ensuring each visit is filled with compassion, comfort, and care. Megan’s goal is to help every pet feel safe and every family feel supported—one tail wag at a time.

Madison Wade

Veterinary Assistant

Madison joined Eatonton Veterinary Services in 2025, bringing hands-on experience from her time working in doggy daycares and boarding facilities. A passionate animal lover, Madison has called Eatonton home for the past three years and proudly cares for a “mini zoo” of pets. She is dedicated to making every animal that enters our facility feel safe, loved, and well cared for.

Abbiegail Bitzer

Abbiegail joined Eatonton Veterinary Services in 2023, bringing with her a strong background in animal care and customer service. As a devoted wife and mother to a wonderful daughter and two beloved dogs, she understands the importance of empathy and connection in every interaction. Known for her gentle nature, Abbiegail is committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care to every pet and their family.
